What is FLL?

The FLL competition is one of four programs of FIRST organization that divided into three parts: core values, Robot programing and designing and the Project. Every single year, FLL releases a different challenge, which is based on a real-world scientific topic. The FLL teams build themselves from up to ten children with at least one adult coach

Core Values:

The FLL Core Values are the cornerstones of the FLL program. They are among the fundamental elements that distinguish FLL from other programs of its kind. By embracing the Core Values, participants learn that friendly competition and mutual gain are not separate goals, and that helping one another is the foundation of teamwork.

Robot programing and designing:

The robot that used in the FLL program is an autonomous robot using Lego parts and a EV3 software. The robot has to score points on a thematic playing surface, by 2:30 minutes, the program we did and the accessories we built.

Project:

The project of the FLL is based on a problem that we identify and investigating it by different information sources; experts and professionals, Internet, journals, books, articles and previous studies, etc., to offer a creative and innovative solution which can provide a solution to the problem. In addition to this and more others, a significant part of the research judgment is sharing our activities with others when the goal of each team is to get as many people to hear about its solution.
